Grown Ups REVIEW
The "Motion Picture Buff" would like to present a review for the motion picture, "Grown Ups." In this film five former friends and teammates get back together on the fourth of July weekend, after finding out that their old middle school basketball coach died.
Well lets talk about the positives first that come from this Adam Sandler film. Well lets just say it had some heart to it. It had a good message to display to people, and it did a decent-ish job displaying it. Not only did it have heart it had some good laughs too. Now usually I hate Adam Sandler's more recent films, but I thought this one to be somewhat funny. It wasn't over the top stupidity, like his films usually are now a days. I did think that the acting from each person was decent well, they were believable. Maybe thats because the actor/actresses in this film are always playing funny roles.
Now this is an Adam Sandler film so of course there is going to be negatives that I have to speak. First of all when I said that this movie was funny, I wasn't saying the whole film was. There was some scenes in this film that were just a little to far over the top. Ugh, what should I expect though right? It's just irritating some of the scenes they add in there that they think is funny, when in reality they are just weird and completely unnecessary. When I said all the acting was good I did forget to say except a few. One really in general. I have never liked Rob Schneider as an actor. He performances are always the same and they are always annoying. The flow of the movie I do want to mention. What I have to say is that I thought the whole film just seemed rushed. It all flowed along really quickly and just didn't seem natural. That being said the dialogue in some spots of the film also did have that naturalistic feel to it.
So all-in-all I think "Grown Ups" could be a decent film to rent one day/night to watch with a group of friends. Which means yes it is a popcorn flick. Now originally I was going to give "Grown Ups" a 3/5 rating, but after some serious thought and such I am going to have to give it a 2.5/5 rating.
Well thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoyed this review. Seems like it is not my best one, but I did watch this movie about two weeks ago, and it is hard to remember everything that I liked or disliked. This is the last of the reviews though from when I was off on my injury. Now I am back to watching a film, then doing the review before my next movie. I do want to say thanks again for everyone's loyal readership here on the blog. This month is almost about to beat my highest viewed month so far, so thanks to all who have read. Now make sure you stay tuned for more reviews of motion pictures . . . coming soon.

Don't mess with the Zohan REVIEW
Okay I can't even start this review with my usual start up. HOLY FU***** CRAP. Adam Sandler what the heck is wrong with you? Lets just say this I hated this movie, "You Don't Mess with the Zohan." As one of my favorite movie reviewers would say, "This film is Dogshit!" Ugh so yes this film is going to get the lowest rating I can possibly give it, 1/10. Lets talk about all the stupidity that this movie brought.
I first would like to say that I thought I would never be able to fine the worst possible film ever (sure I do have LOADS of other films to watch. As of right now though I have found my least favorite film of all time, and it would have to be HANDS DOWN this film. It just irritated me so much. There was not one thing, not one single little thing about this film that I liked. I think I remember smiling at one part, but I don't even remember what it was. Now I like stupid funny, "Austin Powers" for example, but this crossed the stupid funny barrier. This film was just plain old dumb, and a huge waste of film in the motion picture industry. The acting, plot, and the fact of it being completely ridiculous in every single aspect of the movie just made this film terrible. Sure there was a message in this film, but nope this film was to ridiculous to even help it get a better rating.
I am going to suggest that you never even watch it, seriously you will 100% lose some brain cells after this. I know I said that in my "Jack and Jill" review, but this time I promise you! No way does this film get a recommendation from me in any aspect what-so-ever. So if you ever think of picking up this movie at a store, renting it, or clicking on it for Netflix (if it is on there), DO NOT DO IT!!!! You will regret that decision for the rest of your life. (Dramatic I know ;)
Well thanks for reading this review, I know its shorter but nothing good to say about this film so it would make it shorter. I hope you enjoyed the review, and continue to check back here for more reviews or important movie information. So make sure you check out other parts of the website here too, and stay tuned for more blog posts . . .

Jack and Jill REVIEW
The "Motion Picture Buff" presents a review for the feature film starring Adam Sandler, "Jack and Jill." Well what to say about this film? Well lets just make it simple shall we? I gave it a rating of 2/10. Wow I seriously lost some brain cells watching this film, that I will never EVER get back. Lets get this over with shall we?
To start lets get the positives out of the way, which only include like one . . . two might count, most likely not though. I liked the message of the film, not the way it was delivered. Just how it says we should stick close to our family, the way this film brought it out was just dumb. The other tiny thing is that it made me chuckle at a few things but thats it, a few.
Now for the long list of negatives from this film. First I want to clear the air on why I actually watched this film tonight. I watched it because I wanted a comedy for once to watch, sad to find out (even though I already knew this was going to be terrible) that it killed some of my brain cells along the way. Now Jill was so annoying, and sad to say that I could tell every minute of the film that it was Adam Sandler under that big buffoned outfit. The script of this film was just downright DUMB. I feel like they were just shoving funny down our throats the whole film. I am disappointed to see that Al Pacino and Katie Holmes were in this film. Sorry, but your career must have been pretty desperate to choose this film to star in. Al Pacino and Jill's love story was just freaking WIERD!!! Ugh seriously, I mean it when I lost brain cells from this film. I will also say that some scenes in this film didn't even seem at all realistic with the sound effects or whatever. Yet they were meant to be funny, when in reality they weren't at all. This film deserves the 2/10 I gave it, probably could get away with a 1/10, but I will leave it here at 2.
All-in-all, if you want to lose some brain cells at any point in your life you can go out and buy this film because you definitely will lose some. No one in there right mind would choose to watch this film if they had to. Like with Al Pacino's TV ad at the end of the film, "Burn it, every last copy!"
